Still flashing a buy signal, but ballast is insufficient. Nothing to buy. In order for this portfolio to recover, it must be able to move high enough to recover its ballast.

Total: US$109,433.35

Sold off some more shares, and getting heavy on ballast (about 1/4 of portfolio value).
